1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Muzive (the "Platform"), operated by Muzive. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Who can use Muzive
- You must provide accurate information during sign-up.
- One account per person.
3. Roles on the platform
Muzive offers three account types:
- User (Fan) — free, always. Discover events, follow artists and venues, save events.
- Artist — free. Create a public profile, receive event invitations from Event Organizers, indicate availability for collaborations.
- Event Organizer (EO) — €30/month subscription, first month free. Create and manage events, invite artists, access business tools.
Users may upgrade to Artist or Event Organizer status at any time. Upgrading to Artist or Event Organizer is permanent — there is no downgrade path back to a standard User account. Upgrading to Event Organizer requires completing subscription checkout; the role change takes effect upon successful payment.
4. Event Organizer Subscription
- Subscription price: €30/month, with a first-month free trial.
- Billing is processed via Stripe. We accept card payments only.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period. Your account is not restricted, and your events are not cancelled, until the subscription actually expires.
- Expiry: Upon expiry (after cancellation and the billing period ends, or after failed payment retries are exhausted), your account is restricted and any upcoming events you created are cancelled. Invited artists are notified.
- Reactivation: You may reactivate a cancelled or expired subscription at any time, at the full current price (no trial). Previously cancelled events and invitations are not restored.
- Price changes: We reserve the right to change the subscription price for new subscribers. Existing subscribers retain their current price until they cancel or their subscription lapses.
5. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Depending on your role:
- Users: your followed artists/venues and saved events are removed; the associated follower counts are updated accordingly.
- Artists: you are removed from any upcoming events; the associated Event Organizer(s) are notified. Past events you performed at retain your name as plain text for historical accuracy, but this is no longer a clickable link to your (now-deleted) profile.
- Event Organizers: your subscription is cancelled, any upcoming events you created are cancelled and invited artists notified. Past events you organized retain your business name as plain text.
You may create a new account using the same email after deletion, but no previous data will be restored.
6. Content and Conduct
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you post (event details, profile information, etc.).
- You may not post false, misleading, offensive, or infringing content.
- We reserve the right to remove content or suspend/delete accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, event descriptions, profile information).
- By posting content, you grant Muzive a license to display it on the platform as necessary to operate the service.
- The Muzive name, logo, and platform design are the property of Muzive.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Muzive is a platform connecting fans, artists, and venues. We are not a party to any agreement, booking, or transaction between Artists and Event Organizers, and we are not liable for disputes arising between users.
- We provide the platform "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users or the platform.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
